There is no charge to a hotel to conduct the programme. Instead, income earned from the profit generated by membership sales. The monies earned from new membership is shared between Mondiale Marketing and hotel.

Mondiale Marketing will establish an office within the hotel for the 15-25 week period. A Manager, assistant manager, secretary and 25 part time sale co-ordinators are appointed and trained by senior management to personally call and invite membership outlining the personal benefits of the programme.

Membership is generated by telephone on a strictly personal basis. The Mondiale team will provide the contact lists and as the database increases members will nominate business partners, associates and social contacts to be invited for membership.

The professionally trained team of Mondiale Marketing also generate requests for room sales, banquets, conventions, as well as providing feedback about the hotel. This information is documented and forwarded to the appropriate hotel department on a daily basis.

Example of Dining Discounts

If the cardholder has one guest, 50% discount is deducted from the total of the food bill, if there are three people dining (including card holder) one third is deducted, if four people are dining, one quarter is deducted and so on. Only one card may be presented per table.

The programme membership and benefits are valid for one year
The card must be presented in order to receive all benefits
The card is valid whenever the hotel restaurants and bars are open
Room service, taxes and gratuities are not subject to a discount
Room discounts are off rack and weekend rates
