If a member requires a booking for the restaurant or they have lost their card, our response to service will equal the standards set by your hotel to consistently provide the very best the market demands.


Additional Support

Mondiale Marketing conducts orientation seminars for hotel staff in order to familiarise them with the programme membership policies and relevant internal procedures.
Each phone call made will also provide the opportunity to sell not only the membership, but to promote the hotel's services and facilities, referring leads for banquets, corporate inquiries, room bookings etc to the hotel.











Management Reporting and Tracking

Mondiale Marketing has the ability to provide customized software interfaces for all the major hotels point of sales systems, to support the financial and operational management of the programme.
